Chris Panagiotopoulos
Chris is the CEO and Founder of MaxServices Group, which was organized to provide technology-based solutions for E-Onboarding, Applicant Tracking System, Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC), Unemployment Cost Management and Affordable Care Act (ACA).
As the President of three highly successful technology companies, he brings over thirty-five years of management, sales, marketing and product development experience. Chris was an instrumental member of the original concept and design team for the Patriot Missile System. He has a strong, successful track record in delivering complex and technical products within a strict time frame and budget, carefully guiding projects from inception to release for manufacturers and sales teams.
His leadership, passion and teamwork are the cornerstone of MaxServices Group and have inspired the company culture.

Christopher Panagiotopoulos
Christopher has extensive knowledge of open source solutions and toolsets that provide the best means of achieving specific business objectives. He spearheads the product positioning, development and technology implementation for all of the company’s business lines.
He reviews and analyzes client needs to ensure proper and timely coverage of all customer requirements and mission-critical business projects. He establishes and maintains strong working relationships with all internal staff, field employees and customers.
Prior to joining MaxServices Group, Christopher worked for NASA. He has demonstrated an outstanding ability in supervising, directing, and guiding individuals and groups in the completion of tasks and fulfillment of goals.

Laurence Szetela
Laurence provides Reviewed Financial Statements and WOTC Tax Compliance guidance for IncentiMax™ and their clients. With over 35 years experience as a Certified Public Accountant he directs the efforts of Tax Compliance, tax audits and filings.
He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maine and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College.
He is a CPA in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and services local, regional, national and international clients.
Ann Marie Borges
Ann brings extensive financial management experience for various technology and fast growing emerging companies that spans over twenty years. She brings exceptional organization and compliance skills to the firm. She served as a Senior Accountant for Mack Technologies, where she oversaw payroll, accounts payable and receivable processing. Prior to that she was a Senior Accountant for Integral Access, an innovative network communications company, Corning Lasertron, and BTU Engineering. She has experience in the optics, electronics, manufacturing and staffing industries.

Suzanne Deshler
As Accounting and Tax Compliance Manager, she brings over 25 years of experience in all aspects of accounting with a specialty in payroll tax compliance, accounts receivable, cash reconciliations, quarterly and year-end tax reporting.
Her accounting and tax compliance experience have been applied in the areas of manufacturing, import/export, home improvement and long term care companies.
She is dedicated to helping the firm as well as our clients achieve business success by helping to establish practical and sound tax and financial processes and compliance through the ever changing maze of regulations and technologies.

Milton Makris
Milton brings over 30 years of technical, business and entrepreneurial experience, including executive management experience from many organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, as well as several start-ups. He has been involved in the development and rollout of some of the industry’s most widely deployed networking systems, wireless systems and network security systems. Milton is involved in consulting, advisory, and business development roles serving several small companies.

Gregg Cerniglia
Gregg is a Networking Specialist with notable success directing a broad range of corporate Information Technology initiatives while participating in planning and implementation of several solutions in direct support of business objectives. He has extensive and diversified experience in the rapidly changing Networking, VoIP and telecommunications industry. He has demonstrated the capacity to implement new network designs, servers, and software to increase productivity while making it easier for end users.

Costas Christoyannis
Costas has over twelve years of application development experience using php, mysql and oracle. He has experience in developing web-based enterprise applications.
He has expertise in RDBMS requirements analysis, design, modeling, normalization, database management concepts, development, QA, testing and implementation and complete life cycle application. With eight years of experience as a networking, installation, configuration, trouble-shooting, design, and security engineer in a 24×7 environment.

Panayiotis Silintziris
Panayiotis is directly responsible for creating, enhancing and promoting new Free and Open Source technologies for web solutions. He provides hands-on experience leading all stages of the enterprise solution efforts, including requirements definition, design, architecture, open source component integration, testing, and support. He is able to coordinate and direct all phases of project efforts while motivating all team members.
He has over five years of application development experience. Panayiotis is flexible and focused, with a strong desire to learn new technologies and how to apply them to bring cost-effective and valuable services to businesses and customers while meeting deadlines, corporate objectives, and staying within budget.

Nicholas Tsirakis
Nicholas has orchestrated the successful development and implementation of client web based solutions in human resources, accounting and transportation. With over fifteen years of application development experience he serves as primary technical support and point-of-contact for business development ensuring all work is completed on time and within programming specifications to meet the needs of each unique client. Strong analytical problem-solving skills, with an ability to quickly assimilate information and processes, drive an advanced knowledge and expertise in hardware, software, and telecommunications applications and technologies.
He holds a diploma, MSc and PhD in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras.
Andreas Papazois
Andreas Papazois, Senior Open Source Software Developer. Andreas recently joined Marathon to participate in the Enterprise Back-End Software Development activities. He has long experience in Open Source Software development projects where he closely worked with the end-user teams and developed software with various technologies and state-of-art methodologies. Apart from software development, Andreas’ professional skills include technical management, technical writing, requirements and design specification, as well as system demonstration.
Andreas has a strong academic background, he holds a BSc, MSc and PhD in Computer Engineering and Informatics from University of Patras, Greece.
