ACA mandate requires vending machines to display calorie information

Vending machines will be required to display calorie information to help consumers make “healthier choices”. Section 4205 of the ACA requires that new labeling regulations roll out in early 2014 after the Food and Drug Administration finalizes official guidelines. This will affect roughly 10,800 vending machine companies throughout the nation.
